Amendment 5 - Changes to Florida's Judiciary

This is a proposed amendment to Florida's Constitution that would grant more authority to the Florida Legislature with regard to court practice and procedure rules, judicial appointees, and justice and judge investigations conducted by the Judicial Qualifications Commission.
