Amendment 11 - Tax Exemption for Certain Seniors

This is a proposed amendment to Florida's Constitution that would permit the Florida Legislature to allow counties to provide an additional Homestead Exemption to low income seniors, who are 65 and older and have lived in their homes for 25 years or more.
