Amendment 12 - Appointing Student Body President

This is a proposed amendment to Florida's Constitution that would appoint the chairperson of the Council of State University Student Body Presidents as the student representative to the Board of Governors of the Florida State University System. This position is currently filled by the president of the Florida Student Association.
